Tool Bar. The icons across the top represent button shortcuts to the menu items.   Status Indicator. Green means the timer is active, red means the timer is off, and yellow means timer is paused. You can alternately set these to black, gray, and white in the Preferences.   Total Marked Indicator. When the Indicator is visible, it means the totals are calculated from the marked time entries. If the Total Marked Indicator is not visible, the totals are calculated from all timed entries.   Total Elapsed time from either all time entries or from marked time entries.   Grand Total from either all time entries or from marked time entries (Grand Total equals Total Charge plus Total Expenses).   On-line help. Move the cursor over any of the tool bar buttons to display information about the button. Click on the ? button to turn off the help messages.   Total Paused time from either all time entries or from marked time entries.   Total Charge from either all time entries or from marked time entries.   Total Expenses from either all time entries or from marked time entries.   Standard Macintosh Zoom window button.   Number of time entries in the current document.   Time Under Budget displays how much time is left if you've set a budget.   Charge Under Budget displays how much money is left if you've set a budget.
